Quality Engineer (m/f/x)

your job scope

• Responsible for APQP and NPI processes for key customers 
• Strong, direct communication with key customers 
• Review and analyse customer specific requirements 
• Handle internal and external quality issues, especially claims (rework submission, 8D facilitating) 
• Verification of the corrective and preventive actions 
• Facilitate montly quality improvement meetings based on the area KPI’s 
• Compile, analyze, report and react to costs of poor quality 
• Conduct process audits (IATF, VDA, CQI), and identify opportunities of system improvement
• Support or/and conduct Customer audits 
• Conduct Customer PPAP submission activities

your profile

• At least 5 years experience in manufacturing environment, automotive preferred
  
• Fluent English, Hungarian both verbal and written
  
• Ability to cooperate with other departments (Production, Engineering, Technology, Purchasing)
  
• Comprehensive understanding of production processes in terms of quality, engineering, logistics and manufacturing
  
• Quality/defect cost tracking and analysis ability
  
• Perfect understanding and ability to use quality tools (APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5Why, FMEA)
  
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

advantages

• Experience in surface treatment technologies
• Trained internal auditor according to IATF 16949, VDA6.3
• Engineer -/ technical degree (technical college or university (chemical,, industrial, mechanical, polymer engineering, etc..))
• German language
• Comprehensive computer skills (MS Office; ERP handling – BABTEC knowledge is an advantage)
• Good communication skills
