• expansion of sales activities due to new investments in various heat treatment processes
• analysis of current sales activities and technical control of the sales team
• developing market potentials for the acquisition of new customers
• preparation and management of sales meetings together with the managing director
• acquisition and support of customers and key accounts in heat treatment
• innovation management: Identification & evaluation of trends in the heat treatment market
• contract negotiations and expansion of the network

your profile

• degree in business administration, engineering or industrial engineering
• several years of professional experience in sales
• knowledge in the field of heat treatment / materials science
• first management experience advantageous
• negotiating skills, very high service orientation as well as pronounced problem and conflict resolution potential
• confident appearance paired with enthusiasm, communication skills and team spirit
• good analytical skills and excellent Power Point and Excel skills
• entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on mentality
• fluent English skills
